What’s a lymphocele?

A lymphocele is basically a collection of fluid in your lymph system (which includes things like lymph nodes). In the penis, it happens when there is a little blockage in lymph drainage and usually occurs after someone has masturbated a lot. It looks like a little bump underneath the skin and usually improves quickly, so it’s nothing to worry about.
