Why do people say the pullout method is ineffective? I’ve been using it for many years.
There are plenty of folks who swear by the pull-out method, and they likely have the technique mastered. However, statistics show that the pull-out method is only about 78% effective….meaning that it fails 22% of the time. The reasons are:

There’s a small chance that pre-ejaculate contains sperm, especially if the person has ejaculated recently.
