Why do I sometimes orgasm when I pee?

Usually called a “peegasm,” feeling very good after relieving a VERY full bladder can actually happen! It’s though that it happens because of the pressure that a full bladder can place on the body of the clitoris and its surrounding nerves. Once that pressure is released, extra blood is allowed to flow to the area that was compressed and, potentially, causes some very good feelings. However, it’s not advised to intentionally do this, especially if you’re prone to infections. Holding pee in can allow bacteria to grow and flourish in your bladder, leading to a UTI.
