Is it okay to do PE on my period?
Of course! In fact, regular exercise (when you’re on your period and when you aren’t) can help relieve cramps. Periods should not interfere with your normal activities. If they do (like if the cramps are too painful or the bleeding is too heavy) talk with a doctor about what you can do to help.
Some folks find that tampons make physical exercise more comfortable than a pad (there’s less concern about leaks). If you’re interested in trying a tampon, go for it!
