I fingered myself and now I’m bleeding. What should I do?

Relax. There are a couple of things that may have happened. First, you may have torn your hymen. Bleeding should slow and stop within the next day or so if you don’t irritate the area again. Second, you may have scratched the inside of your vagina with a nail. This will also heal quickly as long as there is no repeat friction or injury in the next couple of days.
