Penises come in all shapes and sizes! This sounds like a totally normal shape. Some people have a “uniform” width while others have more of a taper to it (the head can be wider or narrower than the shaft). Nothing to worry about!

In fact, it’s so common that they actually make a style of condom just for this type of shape. When you’re measuring your penis for condom fit, make sure to measure the girth/circumference of your erect penis mid-shaft and around the head. Then look for condoms that are made for wider heads.
