Did you know you can use antiperspirant all over your body? (Just don’t put IN your body.) If you have sweaty areas, try using a little antiperspirant and make sure you’re wearing clothing that does not restrict air flow (leather, heavy cotton or synthetic fabrics). For example, sweaty feet would be best with supportive sandals during the warmer months and mesh sneakers during the cooler months.
