How is sex different for men with foreskin?

This is such a heated topic, but it’s also difficult to COMPLETELY assess!

First of all, foreskin retracts when erect and, for the majority, there is no noticeable difference between an erect circumcised penis and an erect uncircumcised penis. However, I’ve discussed before, tight foreskin (phimosis) and extra foreskin may require some extra attention during intimacy. Ultimately, tight foreskin can be loosened to allow for comfortable erections and extra foreskin can be arranged to fit comfortably within a condom.

Beyond that, there is quite a bit of debate about sensation and time to orgasm. Overall, there is consensus that the foreskin has nerve endings and may enhance the sexual pleasure of those with it, though study results vary. It’s also supported by evidence that a penis with foreskin is often more sensitive than a penis without foreskin because of more protected nerve endings (the foreskin covers the head unless erect). However, the majority of studies done on sexual activity do not show a major difference between time to orgasm for uncircumcised and circumcised penises. So that’s the basic rundown!
