There’s no medical reason why this would happen, so it’s probably just the fact that your body is going through some hormonal changes and acne pops up every once in a while. It’s also possible that you are anxious or stressed about masturbating (though you shouldn’t!) and this causes your acne to flare. Either way, masturbation itself does not cause acne.
